NFF officials in Azonto dance in Nairobi

The bigwigs of the Nigeria Football Federation, (NFF) led by Alhaji Aminu Maigari, went into a frenzy celebration after the Super Eagles landmark win in Nairobi dancing to rhythmic Azonto music inside the Kasarani Stadium, Kenya last Wednesday.
A top official of the Nigerian Football Supporters  Club, who witnessed the spectacle said that the Director General of the National Sports Commission (NSC), Gbenga Elegbeleye, the Nigeria’s High Commissioner to Kenya, Solomon Akintola, NFF Secretary General, Musa Amadu, and other top guns of NFF danced to the  popular music at the end of proceedings.
The source said Amadu confessed that the victory further opened up the Nigeria’s possibility of picking the sole group F ticket, hence the celebrations by the bigwigs.
He said the NFF Secretary General earnestly prayed that Ahmed Musa, Brown Ideye who troubled Kenya’s defence ceaselessly, the enterprising  Mikel Obi, Sunday Mba and Ogenyi Onazi would re-enact their form against Namibia on Wednesday.

The Nigerian team edged out their hosts, Kenya, by Ahmed Musa’s lone goal late into the match which catapulted Eagles to the top of the group with eight points as against their closest rivals, Malawi who are on six points.
